Security at park and ride facilities

Parking at park and ride stations within the Auckland region is entirely at the owner's risk and Auckland Transport takes no responsibility for damage or theft while using these services. Should theft or damage occur to your vehicle, please report the matter to the police.

Hibiscus Coast bus station, Silverdale - free

Vehicle access via Hibiscus Coast Highway (Painton Road).

Vehicle access via Cornerstone Drive.

40 bike racks and self-service bike lockers. Lockers require a $2 coin (refundable) to operate them.

Vehicle access via Parkway Drive.

Harbourside Church carpark, Esmonde Rd, Takapuna, Wilson park n ride (trial from 28 Nov 2016) - $

A 6 month trial is starting from 28 November 2016 using the Harbourside Church carpark on Esmonde Road in Takapuna. The carpark will be managed by Wilson Parking. For more information or assistance with the carpark please contact: Wilson Parking ParkWatch control centre on 0800 688 853.

100 parking bays available.
6am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
$1 per day at the start of the trial and reviewed on a monthly basis.

Temporary bus stops available on both sides of Esmonde Road near the Harbourside Church entrance.

Bus services which will stop opposite the Harbourside Church, heading towards Takapuna (Bus Stop 3708): 802X, 822, 839, 858, 875, 879.

Free park and sail facilities are available at most ferry departure points. These include:

Devonport.
Birkenhead.
Northcote Point.

Bayswater Terminal - free

For free weekday parking at the Bayswater Terminal, you just need to validate your parking ticket before leaving the car park:

Take a parking ticket out of the machine as you enter,
Validate your parking ticket before you come back to the car park on the same day - validator machines are located at the Downtown Ferry Terminal and on board,
Enter your validated ticket into the barrier arm ticket machine as you exit the car park.

*While security measures are in place, should theft or damage occur to your vehicle, please report the matter to the police in the first instance.

West Park Marina - free on weekdays

12 Clearwater Cove, West Harbour

Free car park, but on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays $5 pay and display for boat trailers.
